Gannon University will celebrate the latest inductees of its Athletics Hall of Fame with the induction of eight new individual members along with the 1992 Women’s Volleyball Team.

The new class increases the Gannon Hall of Fame membership to 65 inductees. The Class of 2013 will be formally inducted at the Annual Hall of Fame Awards Banquet Saturday, February 2 at Gannon’s Yehl Ballroom in the Waldron Center.

Reservations for the Hall of Fame Banquet can be made online at www.gannonalumni.org/ahof2013. Seating will be limited to the first 250 registrations. Cost for the event is $30 and includes admission to the women’s and men’s basketball games against Lock Haven on Saturday, February 2, 2013. The 2013 inductees include former men’s soccer standout Troy Bingham ’92; former football great Lee Castana ’00; former women’s swimming standout Sharon Crotzer Johnson ’95, ’97M; former softball great Heather Ford Hall ’04; former women’s basketball standout Christina Jackson ’07, former men’s soccer player and coach Marco Koolman ’91, ’01M and former men’s basketball great Troy Nesmith ’98. Charles “Chuck” Campagne ’62 will be inducted as the 2013 Distinguished Service Award recipient. In addition to the eight individual inductees, the Athletics Hall of Fame will induct the 1992 Women’s Volleyball Team.
