Accepted Student Days are a great time for students who have been accepted to Gannon, but are still deciding where they want to go, to get a better feel for what it’s like to be at Gannon. Here are four things you’ll do if you come to an Accepted Student Day:
1. Sit in on a class
Get a feel for what classes are like here at Gannon. With a student to faculty ratio of 14-to-1, we pride ourselves on small classes with lots of student and teacher interaction. Perfect for Spongebob:
2. Eat lunch in the cafeteria
Gannon students have lots of dining options available to them through Metz Dining Services. Probably the most popular for first-year students is the Beyer Cafeteria, with choices including pizza and salad bars, made-to-order sandwiches and grilled items and different entrees every night. And yes, you can sit with us.
3. Talk to lots of people
Between accepted students, current students, faculty and admissions staff, you’re going to be talking to a lot of people. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! They are all here to help you make your decision. You might want to pack a mint for after lunch. Jennifer Lawrence has got you covered.
4. Go on a tour
College isn’t just a place to study, it’s a place to live, learn and grow. Check out everything our campus has to offer while on a tour. Just be sure to watch where you’re going, ScarJo.
Accepted Student Days are April 4 and April 11 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.gannon.edu/events or call 1-800-Gannon-U and press 1 for Admissions.
