I hope you had a wonderful Christmas; I certainly did! The holiday season is so full of hope and generosity.
Christmas has passed, and tomorrow night we’ll be entering a new decade! I’m not sure if it’s the same for you, but for me, the past 10 years have come and gone like lightning.
I think New Year’s Eve is an amazing event because the entire world is celebrating the same exact thing. I don’t think there are any other holidays that really make this happen.
What does the start of a new year mean for us? For college students, it means the beginning of a new semester. For many high school juniors and seniors, it means pressing “forward” on the journey to choose a college.
The beginning of a new year is also a time for resolutions. It’s almost perfect that the search for a college peaks right around this time. I bet you can use your new year’s resolution as motivation to get a boost in your college adventure.
Before you get too wrapped up in your college search, take some time to remember the days gone by (Auld Lang Syne).
