With the start of the new semester winding down, I have felt inspired to produce blog posts that allow me the opportunity to thank some of the individuals that got me to where I am today. This is my last semester here at Gannon and I want to be able to write out my thoughts and thank the people that have helped me through this journey that I have been on for the past 3 ½ years.

This journey has been extremely hard. I have gone through a lot of ups and downs throughout my undergraduate career here at Gannon, just like many other students experience. College is a huge commitment and it can cause a lot of anxiety and stress, but if you are surrounded by the right people, the hard times become a little easier to manage.

For that reason, I believe it is important for all of us to take the time to really sit down and reflect on our time in college. We should look back and be sure we are being appreciative of the people that have guided us through these years.

I often find myself thinking about how much I appreciate the people around me, but I don’t always get the chance to express my gratitude toward these individuals. Through this blog, I hope that I can adequately thank the people that have helped me get to where I am. I also hope that I can spark some thoughts into the minds of readers that may encourage you to have the same kind of reflections.

We all have people in our lives that push us to keep going, even when the road gets a little bumpy. I want this blog to help readers realize how important these individuals are and remind them to thank their own support systems as well.
