This week’s featured photo comes from Becky Perry ’11, Resident Director and T.R.A.V.E.L. Program Coordinator. As a part of Gannon’s T.R.A.V.E.L. program, Becky accompanied student trips to both Israel and England this past spring.

Becky

The above photo is of Perry in front of the Leeds Castle in Kent, England. “Leeds is steeped in history, a home to kings and queens for centuries before being privately owned and visited by many famous guests. While I was a student at Gannon, I studied abroad in Oxford, England in 2011 and it was a wonderful experience to bring students back to visit so many of my favorite places!” said Perry.

Camel

The second photo is a shot of a camel saying “cheese”. It was taken at the Mount of Olives overlooking the Old City in Jerusalem.

“My first time to Israel was actually as a student at Gannon in 2010 on a trip to Israel prior to taking part in Dr. Suzanne Richard’s archaeological dig in Jordan,” said Perry.
