  • 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. – Live thoroughbred horse racing at the Presque Isle Downs.

Wednesday, September 9:

  • 12:05 p.m. – Daily mass in the small chapel at Mary Seat of Wisdom.
  • All day – Stop into Nash Library and check out the exhibit from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. It is located on the first floor of the library.

Thursday, September 10:

  • 8:00 a.m. – Daily mass in the small chapel at Mary Seat of Wisdom.
  • 11:00 a.m. – “The Well”, a monthly Christian workshop service, will be taking place in Waldron 219. You are invited to bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy fellowship afterwards, although refreshments and dessert will be provided.
  • 12:05 p.m. – Daily mass in the small chapel at Mary Seat of Wisdom.
  • 7:30 p.m. – Come see the first performance of the Little Mermaid performed at the Erie Playhouse.

Friday, September 11:

  • 11:30 a.m. – Gannon University Stadium Naming and Dedication.
  • 2:00 p.m. – GU Women’s Soccer verse Bloomsburg at the stadium.
  • 4:30 p.m. – GU Men’s Soccer verse Bloomsburg at the stadium.
  • 7:00 p.m. – Angels in America Part Two: Perestroika at the Dramashop on State Street.
  • 7:30 p.m. – Come see the Little Mermaid performed at the Erie Playhouse.

Saturday, September 12:

  • All day – Barber Beast on the Bay is taking place at Presque Isle where there will be a 10 mile extreme obstacle course challenge and a 1.2 mile adapted course for participants with physical or developmental disabilities. If you’re interested in participating, the link is below:

It’s National Grandparent’s Day, show your love and appreciation for any grandparents in your lives!

  • 11:00 a.m. – Mass is held at Gannon’s Mary Seat of Wisdom Chapel.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Visit the Erie Art Museum for Free on this second Sunday of the month. Tours begin at 2:00 p.m.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Come see the Little Mermaid performed at the Erie Playhouse.
  • 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. – The Gannon University Dance Team is looking for dancers interested in sharing their passion and talent to help support the Gannon Community. Stop into Yehl Ballroom (second floor of Waldron) to tryout!
  • 9:00 p.m. – Mass is held at Gannon’s Mary Seat of Wisdom Chapel.
