Calling all Steelers fans, Primanti Brothers enthusiasts and residents of the City of Bridges – Gannon faculty and staff are coming to visit your hometown Oct. 27.
The “Gannon is All Over Pittsburgh” event encompasses separate get-togethers for prospective students, guidance counselors, alumni and parents of current students. The registration deadline is Oct. 19.
The entourage attending the event includes Antoine M. Garibaldi, Ph.D., university president; Keith Taylor, Ph.D., provost and vice president for academic affairs; Tim Downs, Ph.D., dean of the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences; Melanie Hatch, Ph.D., dean of the College of Engineering and Business; Carolynn Masters, Ph.D., dean of the Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences; and members of the admissions, university advancement and alumni staffs.
More than 4,400 Gannon alumni and 650 current Gannon students reside in Pittsburgh. Event attendees will learn about the university’s diverse curriculum of 64 majors, receive updates on campus facilities and network with members of the Gannon community.
