Eternal Sunshine of the Student MindI’ve been thinking about the timeline of a high school senior, and I’ve been figuring out where you might be in your college search process. Cause I’m nice like that.

At this point, you’ve probably already sent in your applications (hopefully Gannon was one of them!), and you’re waiting anxiously for acceptance letters (Good luck by the way, that’s exciting 🙂 ).

Right now you may be thinking, “Okay, I’ve done all of that. Now what?” Well, don’t worry. You don’t have to sit around, twiddling your thumbs, waiting to hear back from those schools. The month of February can be just as eventful as the others – the good part is that the worst of the stress of filling out applications and visiting is over.

If you’re interested in taking the Advanced Placement tests, now is a good time to start studying.

Now is also a good time to start ranking the schools you’re looking into. Making that list can be very stressful, but again, don’t worry – I’m here to make that a little easier for you.

Take a look at our homepage. Now, scroll all the way to the bottom of the red box on the right hand side. It’s got the top ten things we’ve been talking about on Edge Magazine; also called “tags.” You can look at the list to see if we’re covering things you’re interested in. If we are, Gannon definitely belongs high on your list!

Also, if there are things you’d like to hear more about, send us your suggestions! Want to know more about Gannon’s international business major? We’ve got people for that. They’re here to answer your questions and make your college selection more pleasant. 🙂

Send us your questions on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/gannonedge) or by e-mail at edge@gannon.edu. We always love to hear your questions.

‘Til next time,

Nicole 🙂
